Ordering Policy

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Chris Straker Culinary. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Placement:

a. Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, email, or in-person consultation.
b. A minimum notice of 72 hours is required for all catering orders, subject to availability.
c. Orders are subject to confirmation by Chris Straker Culinary and are not considered final until confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. **72-Hour Cancellation Notice: ** Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for order cancellations.
b. **Cancellation Charges: ** – Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event will not incur any charges.
– Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled event will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total order value.
– Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled event will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total order value.
c. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or phone and confirmed by Chris Straker Culinary.

3. Payment Terms:

a. Payment for catering services is due in full upon confirmation of the order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Chris Straker Culinary.
b. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon in advance.

4. Changes to Orders:

a. Any changes to confirmed orders must be communicated to Chris Straker Culinary as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
b. Chris Straker Culinary reserves the right to refuse any changes to orders that cannot be accommodated due to time constraints or other factors.

5. Delivery and Set-Up:

a. Delivery and set-up fees may apply based on the location and size of the order. These fees will be communicated to the client upon confirmation of the order.
b. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the specified time.

6. Dietary:

We are NOT a Nut-Free or Gluten-Free facility. Although we offer Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Vegan food options within our menu to accommodate dietary requirements, and we take precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for guests with severe allergies.
Although we strive for accuracy in both copy and illustration, some items may not be shipped exactly as depicted or described on our site. Prices, menu items and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability:

Chris Straker Culinary shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, transportation delays, or supplier issues.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Chris Straker Culinary reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
